Shipping & Delivery
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please note that shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your shipping address, the time of year, and other factors.
Edgehill Collection® Coat, Swim, Dress cannot guarantee delivery before certain holiday or peak periods, including Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and others. We encourage you to order early during these times.
For most orders under $99, we offer standard shipping. For orders $99 and over, we offer free standard shipping. We also provide expedited shipping options for an additional cost. The rate charged for expedited shipping covers the additional transportation and handling costs. You will be able to select your preferred shipping method during checkout.
We ship only to a street address within the 50 United States and U.S. territories. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Rural route addresses must have a carrier route and box number. Military APO/FPO addresses are accepted.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) when your order has shipped. Please note that during peak holiday seasons, tracking information may not be available immediately. Most orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days after shipment.
For orders shipped outside the contiguous U.S., actual or estimated delivery times may vary based on the shipping provider and destination. International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties levied by the destination country. Edgehill Collection® Coat, Swim, Dress has no control over such charges and is not responsible for covering these costs. Please contact your local customs office for additional information.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 60 days of the original purchase date for a refund in the original form of payment. An original receipt or order confirmation is required.
Items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition with original tags and labels intact. Swimwear must have the hygiene strip in place. All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival.
For damaged or defective items, please contact Customer Service within 5 days of receiving your order so we can promptly address the issue.
Exchanges are gladly accepted within 60 days of the original purchase date. To exchange an item, return it following the returns process then place a new order.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where prohibited by law.
For your protection, we recommend obtaining a tracking number and insuring your return package. Edgehill Collection® Coat, Swim, Dress is not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.
You are responsible for all shipping costs for returns. We deduct the original outbound shipping cost from the refund for orders that qualified for free shipping.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days after Edgehill Collection® Coat, Swim, Dress receives and verifies the return. For purchases made with a gift card, store credit will be issued.
